We've been using the Newstripe 4250 striping machine for a while now, and it's proven to be a solid tool for our specific needs. Weighing just 105 lbs, it’s light and easy to move, making it perfect for smaller projects like stenciling and touch-ups, although it can handle larger parking lots if necessary. The Briggs & Stratton 550EX engine starts on the first try, every time, and the machine’s high-pressure airless system (0-3000 psi, 0.34 gpm) allows for precise pressure control, which is great for different surfaces.
The 4250’s real advantage is its ease of use and maintenance. It’s incredibly easy to clean, which is a big plus when we need to switch between projects quickly. We’ve used both latex and acetone-based paints with no issues, and its four-wheel design keeps it stable, even on uneven ground. While it’s not as advanced as some higher-end models, it’s well-priced and gets the job done reliably.
For us, the 4250 is perfect for stencils and smaller striping jobs. It's not meant to replace bigger machines for large-scale projects, but for the tasks we use it for, it fits the bill perfectly. Easy to maintain, affordable, and reliable, it’s a great value and has its place in our company.
